The science behind
They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. It only takes three weeks for a simple action to be ingrained in your routine as though you've been doing it your entire life. For a lot of people these can turn into vices, but we decided to utilize the science behind habit formation for something a lot more beneficial—lessening one's carbon footprint.

The reason behind
The concept of a "Carbon Diet" was borne of a need to educate people about mindfulness and to help them realize that real and lasting change starts from themselves. As the world is heating up faster than we ever anticipated, everyone needs to their own bit.
The kit contains a three week calendar, with each day containing a certain action that aims to lessen your impact on the environment, whether it's as simple as turning the lights off when you're not using them, to immersive things like eating a vegetarian meal, to be repeated either daily or weekly. Tshirts, button pins and stickers were also provided to help spread awareness.
