A global initiative for the local audience


Start Healthy, Stay Healthy is Nestlé’s global CRM platform for pregnant women and women with infants and young children focusing on the child's first 1,000 days. The program aims to support women on their journey to motherhood by providing guidance and expert advice on good nutrition starting from conception, the growth and development of a child from birth until their 48th month, as well as the pre-natal health and nutrition of the mom. The first 1000 days of child's life can heavily influence their future health, and it is critical that expectant mothers get the right guidance regarding their child's nutrition.The platform was launched for the Philippine market in 2017 and our task was to raise awareness for the initiative and to encourage moms to signup to the website.












Relevant, bite-sized content


We made use of search and social listening to determine the most asked questions regarding pregnancy and early childhood and produced videos answering moms' top queries. These videos were optimized for posting on social media to make sharing them appealing for moms.

We supplemented these materials by localizing global Start Healthy, Stay Healthy articles on the website and by creating a Messenger Chatbot that moms can talk and ask questions to. We know that this time is confusing, especially for new moms, so we made a way for them to have easy access to expert advice and answers for any pregnancy and child-rearing question they might have.











Getting moms to join the club


For member acquisition we incentivized sign-ups by offering mommy-friendly packages containing Nestlé products and other freebies from partner brands. We also made use of our existing assets and videos and got more mileage out of those by turning them into sign-up ads on Facebook.
